I am a birth doula who serves the Seattle area and am currently pursuing my certification with DONA and PALS. I received my doula training at Seattle Midwifery School.

My goal as a birth doula is to serve as an advocate for
women during their pregnancy, labor, birth and in the postpartum period. I enjoy helping women get the information that they need to make important decisions at each of those stages. I take the responsibility of my role very seriously and do my best to provide good
emotional, information and physical support to the
women that I work with.

In addition to my role as a birth doula, I am also
the mother of one
beautiful son and wife to a
wonderful husband. We have a small but cozy
home just north of Seattle in Mountlake Terrace.
